Breast Implant Revision Gallery

This 52 year old desired an augmentation revision. She felt her implants were too large, too lateral and her breasts were too droopy. Her revision consisted of removal of 397cc moderate profile silicone implants and replacement with 295cc moderate-profile silicone implants.

This 35 year old desired revision of her 300cc saline implants, which she felt were too low. She underwent removal and replacement with moderate-profile 295cc silicone implants. At the same time, her implant position was raised by using Galaflex mesh.

This 55 year old patient had a breast augmentation with saline in remote past. Her implants were contracted and too large. Contemplating removal, her implants were deflatted in the office so she could see how that would look. She decided to replace her 400cc saline implants with 265 cc silicone implants. She declined a lift which could have raised the position of her nipple.

This 33 year old desired an augmentation revision. She felt her implants were too lateral and she wanted to be larger. Her revision consisted of removal of 270cc moderate profile saline implants and replacement with 345cc high-profile silicone implants. Her implant pocket was moved towards the middle (lateral capsulorrhaphy) and was reinforced with Galaflex to maintain her implant position. Her photos are at 6 months.
