Breast Implant Revision Gallery

This 41 year old had undergone an augmentation previously with 275 cc saline implants. Her desire was to be bigger and to switch to silicone implants. She was 5'6", 120 pounds and wore a B cup bra. She underwent a revision with 425 cc implants and is now a small D cup.

This 41 year old had become a marathon runner since her augmentation twenty years ago, and there for wanted to have smaller breast implants. She was 5'10", weighed 130 pounds and wore a small D cup. Her 475 cc saline implants were exchanged for 371 cc silicone implants which reduced her a full cup size.

This 49 year old developed a late seroma in her left breast 10 years after her augmentation with a textured, silicone implant. Because of concern about ALCL, she underwent bilateral open capsulectomy and implant replacement with smooth silicone implant. Her ALCL evaluation was normal.

This 38 year old desired revision of her deflated saline implants. She was 5'3", weighed 125 pounds, and had 300cc saline implants. Since she wanted to be larger, she received 450cc silicone implants, which made her a small D cup.

This 50 year old desire revision of her saline breast augmentation. She was 5'5", weighed 150 pounds, wore a 34 D bra, even though her implants were only 150cc. Her right implant was too high and her left implant was too low. She wanted minimal implant size change.
Her implants were replaced with 205cc silicone implants and the repositioning of her implants was reinforced with Galaflex. Her photos are at 9 months.

This 33 year old mother of two was interested in an implant revision to increase her size and remove her "double-bubble" deformity. She was 5'2" and weighed 130 pounds.
