Breast Implant Revision Gallery

This 48-year-old woman had a breast augmentation with silicone and desired a revision. She had bilateral capsular contracture and radiographic evidence of implant rupture. She underwent implant removal and replacement with 286 cc silicone implants.

This 35 year old desired revision of her deflated saline implants, which she felt were too large. She was 5'5", weighed 125 pounds, and had 550 cc saline implants, which made her a 34DD bra. Her revision consisted of removing her implants and replacing them with 450cc silicone implants.

She felt her implants were too far off to the side, the left breast was smaller than the right and she wanted to change from saline to silicone. She was 5'5", weighed 130 pounds and wore a 34 C bra. She underwent placement of high-profile silicone implants, 325cc on the right and 345cc on the left. Her implants were moved more toward the center of her chest by capsulorraphy which was reinforced with Galaflex.
