Breast Implant Revision Gallery

This 47 year old had a previous augmentation, but felt she was too big and droopy. She was 5'4"m weighed 140 pounds and had 4 children. She underwent removal of 457cc implants, replacement with 330cc implants, bilateral breast lift and reinforcement of her implant position with Galaflex. These are her photos at 8 months.

This 39 year old woman was 5'6" and weighed 140 pounds. She  had previously had an augmentation with 390 cc saline implants and wanted to be slightly larger and change to silicone.  She received 533 cc silicone implants and is now a 36D.

This 52-year-old woman had breast implants placed in the remote past. They had become extremely firm and uncomfortable and she desired revision. Her old implants were replaced with new silicone gel implants, and she is please with her improved shape and softness.

This 53 year old had breast augmentation with 220cc silicone implants. These sub-glandular implants were broken and she desired revision. As she wanted to remain about the same size, 286 cc silicone implants were placed sub-pectorally.

This 45 year old had a sub-glandular augmentation with silicone 25 years ago. She desired a revision to treat her bilateral contractures. She wanted to be slightly larger and wanted her implants submuscular. Additionally, she wanted her nipple projection reduced.

This 49 year old had previously undergone an augmentation with 360 cc saline implants 15 years ago.  She now desired a revision with silicone implants.  At surgery, 425 cc silicone implants were placed.

This 67year old woman was 5'5" and weighed 134 pounds. She had previously had an augmentation with 300 cc saline implants and wanted to be slightly smaller and change to silicone. She underwent revision with 234 cc silicone implants and reduced her cup size from a small D to a large B.

This 22 year old desired an augmentation revision.  She was 5'4", weighed 127 pounds, had 440 cc saline implants and wanted to be smaller.  She had her saline implants replaced with 339 cc silicone implants and additionally, had a periareolar mastpexy to allow her skin to redrape.

This 35 year old wanted to revise her breast augmentation after the birth of twins. She liked her volume, but felt her implants were too high. To treat her ptosis, but to limit her scarring, she underwent a mastopexy only on the left side. She underwent implant revision with round, textured, moderate-profile silicone implants, 360cc on the right and 375cc on the left. Her photos are at 6 months.
