This 38 year old wanted to improve her breast shape with a revision of her augmentation. She was 5'3", weighed 124 pounds and wore 32 D bra. She wanted upper breast fullness without increasing the size of her implant. She underwent placement of a highly cohesive silicone implant to increase her upper breast fullness. Galaflex was also used to move her implant up and towards the middle. Her implants were moderage profile, 345cc silicone implants.

This 27 year old interested in revising her implants because they were too low. She also wanted to add a little volume. She underwent replacement of her 295cc moderate profile silicone implants with high profile 365cc silicone implants. Galaflex mesh was placed to support her implants.

This 45 year old desired to have an augmentation revision. She felt her implants were too far off to the side, the left breast was smaller than the right and she wanted to change from saline to silicone. She was 5'5", weighed 130 pounds and wore a 34 C bra. She underwent placement of high-profile silicone implants, 325cc on the right and 345cc on the left. Her implants were moved more toward the center of her chest by capsulorraphy which was reinforced with Galaflex.

This 52 year old desired an augmentation revision. She felt her implants were too large, too lateral and her breasts were too droopy. Her revision consisted of removal of 397cc moderate profile silicone implants and replacement with 295cc moderate-profile silicone implants.

This was a very unusual patient. She was 6'1" and weighed 150 pounds. She felt her previous augmentation with 550cc implants needed revision as her implants were too small and too lateral. Her implants had rolled off her chest as she had a pectus carinatum or "pigeon chest" deformity. Her revision involved 770cc implants which were moved toward her center by tightening her implant pocket with a capsulorraphy reinforced with Galaflex. Due to her large frame and the shape of her chest, her implants do not look as large as one would expect.

Her revision consisted of removal of 270cc moderate profile saline implants and replacement with 345cc high-profile silicone implants.
