Breast Augmentation with Lift Gallery

This 39-year-old woman was 5'2" and weighed 160 pounds. She had had three children and was interested in improving her breast size and shape.  She had a severe, asymmetric, constricted breast deformity, so  she underwent a single-stage, augmentation/periareolar mastopexy using a 265 cc silicone implant on the left and a 286 cc implant on the right.  She improved her result by losing 35 pounds after her surgery.
