Breast Augmentation with Lift Gallery

As a 39 year old mother of two, this patient wanted to improve her size and shape, but wanted to avoid a vertical scar. She was 5'8", weighed 125 pounds, and wore a 34B bra, which was too big. To improve her size and shape and limit her scaring, she underwent an augmentation with round, smooth 265 cc silicone implants with a simultaneous peri-areolar mastopexy.
