Breast Augmentation with Lift Gallery

This 44 year old mother of two desired breast enhancement. She was 5'6", weighed 136 pounds and wore a 34C bra. To achieve her goals, she underwent an augmentation mastopexy (lift) using 415cc high-profile silicone implants. Galaflex was used to maintain position of the implant. Her photos are at 4 months.

This 46 year old mother of two was interested in improving her breast shape without a lot of volume change. She was 5'6", weighed 132 pounds and wore a C cup bra. Due to the fact that she was ptotic (droopy) and had significant breast volume below the breast fold, she underwent a two-stage procedure. Her mastopexy was done first, followed by a augmentation with round, smooth 304 cc silicone implants. Following the procedure, she still wears a C cup bra, but is less droopy and much fuller in the upper breast.

This 32 year old was 5'7", weighed 130 pounds, but had previously weighed 170 pounds. Her breasts had become ptotic or "droopy" due to weight loss. She underwent an augmentation with a 304cc silicone on her larger right breast and a 339cc silicone on the smaller left breast. She underwent a full mastopexy at the same time. To improve her size and shape and limit her scaring, she underwent an augmentation with round, smooth 265 cc silicone implants with a simultaneous peri-areolar mastopexy.

This 22 year old desired to have a breast augmentation for breast asymmetry and droopiness. She was 5'3", weighed 150 pounds and had a "consricted" breast on the right. She underwent a single-stage augmentation mastopexy with sub-pectoral silicone implants, 213cc on the left and 234 on the right.

This 34 year old was 5'6", weighed 138 pounds and no longer filled a C cup bra. She also had breast ptosis (droopy) and her left breast was slightly larger than her right. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with a 304cc silicone implant on the right and a 286cc implant on the left, resulting in a large C or small D bra size.

Feeling two pregnancies had diminished the appearance of her breasts, this 28 year old underwent a single-augmentation mastopexy. As she was only 4'10" and weighed 98 pounds, 234cc round smooth silicone implants were adequate to give her C cup breast post operatively. Her pictures are at 4 months after the surgery.
