This 35 year old wanted to restore her figure after the birth of twins. She had had a breast augmentation 14 years before and liked her volume, but felt her implants were too high. She was 5'8" and weighed 135 pounds. She underwent implant revision with round, textured, moderate-profile silicone implants, 360cc on the right and 375cc on the left. To treat her ptosis, but to limit her scarring, she underwent a mastopexy only on the left side.
To address her abdominal laxity, she underwent a limited-incision or "Mini tummy tuck" at the same time. Her photos were taken 6 months after the surgery.

This patient was a 34 year-old woman who was 5'6", 155 pounds and wore a 34B bra. She had had two children and was interested in improving her breasts and abdomen. She underwent an augmentation/ breast lift and an abdominoplasty in one operation and following placement of 339cc implants, she now wears a 34C bra.
