This 48 year old mother of two was interested in improving her breast shape without an implant. She was 5'8", weighed 136 pounds and following her mastopexy, she was still a C cup bra.

Her breasts were extremely ptotic (droopy,) despite the fact she had never had children or lost a significant amount of weight. To prevent recurrence of her droopiness after surgery, she underwent a breast reduction and Galaflex mesh was used to create an “internal bra.” Her photos were taken at one year after her surgery.
