Case 1 – Breast Augmentation
Patient is 5’8’’ 130 pounds augmented with 330 round saline implant. Small B cup preop and C post op.
Case 2 – Breast Augmentation
A 32 year old woman who was 5′4″ and weighed 120 pounds received a 270 cc saline implant inflated to 300 cc and her bra size went from an A cup to a large B cup.

This patient was a 28 year old female who was 5ʼ8” and weighed 124 pounds. She received 304 cc
smooth silicone implants and a full mastopexy. Her bra size went from a B to a C cup.

A desire to improve her shape is what prompted this 39 year old woman to seek a breast lift or mastopexy. Two children had resulted in significant ptosis or droopiness, and while she wanted improvement in her shape, she was not really interested in an implant. Therefore, a breast lift was the right operation for her.

This 60 year old women was plagued with breasts that pulled on her back and shoulders while also making her look overweight. She chose to have a breast reduction to reduce the size of her breasts and to lift her breasts at the same time.

Case 1 – Abdominoplasty
This 42 year old was dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen after the birth of three children including a set of twins. She therefore underwent an abdominoplasty.
Case 2 – Abdominoplasty
This 32-year-old mother of two was 5’2” 140 pounds and desired to improve her lower abdomen at the time of her hysterectomy. She therefore underwent an abdominoplasty at the same time. Additionally,
this 32 year old wanted better shape without a lot of scarring. She was 5’2”, 140 pounds and wore a 32C bra. She therefore had an augmentation with 286 cc silicone implants and a simultaneous periareolar mastopexy.
Mommy-plasty Combination Procedures
Case 1 – Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Abdominoplasty and Liposuction
This 26 year old mother was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breast and abdomen following the birth of two children. She therefore had a combination procedure to treat her breasts and abdomen in one surgery. To treat her breasts, she received 330 cc round smooth saline implants and a periareolar mastopexy. Her bra size went from a
B to a C cup. Her abdomen was improved with a tummy tuck and liposuction of her hips.

This 32-year-old mother of two was 5’2” 140 pounds and desired to improve her lower abdomen at the time of her hysterectomy. She therefore underwent an abdominoplasty at the same time.

This 38-year-old mother felt her pregnancy had left her with breasts that were too large. At 5’3” and 135 pounds, she wore a 36D and wanted to be smaller. Additionally, she was dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen. She underwent a conservative breast reduction and also had an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips.
Case 4 – Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Abdominoplasty and Liposuction
This 57 year old was 5’7” and 157 pounds and wanted to improve her breast shape and reduce her size somewhat. She underwent an anchor mastopexy. Additionally, as a mother of four, this patient wanted to improve her abdomen, so she had a simultaneous abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips.
Case 5 – Abdominoplasty and Liposuction
As a 41 year mother of two, this woman wanted to look her absolute best in a bathing suit. She wanted to remove the excess skin and fat from her hips and lower abdomen, while also repositioning her abdominal muscles. She therefore underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of her hips
Case 6 – Breast Augmentation with Lift, Liposuction and Tummy Tuck
This 35 year old had breast hypoplasia and ptosis or droopiness and desired an augmentation and a lift. Additionally, she had significant abdominal laxity after the birth of twins. She was 5’10″ and weighed 145 pounds. She therefore underwent an augmentation lift with 304cc implants. At the same time, she had liposuction of her hips and thighs with an abdominoplasty
Case 7 – Breast Augmentation with Lift and Tummy Tuck
This 38 year old mother of two was 5’1″ and weighed 135 pounds. She was interested in a combined “Moomyplasty” to improve her breasts and abdomen. She was very disappointed by the shape of her breasts after pregnancy and wanted them to look “perky.” She underwent a breast lift and an augmentation at the same time. Her breasts were different sizes, so had a 213 cc silicone implant on the right and a 234 cc silicone implant on the left. She is now a full C cup. Additionally, she disliked the shape and size of her lower abdomen and therefore underwent an abdominoplasty to tighten her muscles and remove her excess skin.
Case 8 – Breast Lift and Tummy Tuck
This 53 year old was 5’6″, weighed 150 pounds who had three children and was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen. She wanted to improve her breast shape without implants. She therefore underwent a bilateral breast lift and an abdominoplasty. She was so enthusiastic about her outcome that she lost 15 pounds after the surgery, which is why her result is so dramatic.
Case 9 – Breast Lift and Tummy Tuck
This 41 year old mother of three was interested in improving her breasts and abdomen in one setting. She was 5’3″ and weighed 140 pounds. Unhappy with the shape of her breasts but did not wanting a breast implant, she underwent a bilateral breast lift. She was also dissatisfied with the results of a previous Cool Touch liposuction of her abdomen and wanted a more dramatic result. She therefore had an abdominoplasty to remove her excess skin and repair her abdominal muscles.
