This 49 year old had previously undergone an augmentation with 360 cc saline implants 15 years ago.  She now desired a revision with silicone implants.  At surgery, 425 cc silicone implants were placed.

This 67year old woman was 5'5" and weighed 134 pounds. She had previously had an augmentation with 300 cc saline implants and wanted to be slightly smaller and change to silicone. She underwent revision with 234 cc silicone implants and reduced her cup size from a small D to a large B.

This 22 year old desired an augmentation revision.  She was 5'4", weighed 127 pounds, had 440 cc saline implants and wanted to be smaller.  She had her saline implants replaced with 339 cc silicone implants and additionally, had a periareolar mastpexy to allow her skin to redrape.

This 48-year-old woman had a breast augmentation with silicone and desired a revision. She had bilateral capsular contracture and radiographic evidence of implant rupture. She underwent implant removal and replacement with 286 cc silicone implants.

This 35 year old desired revision of her deflated saline implants, which she felt were too large. She was 5'5", weighed 125 pounds, and had 550 cc saline implants, which made her a 34DD bra. Her revision consisted of removing her implants and replacing them with 450cc silicone implants.

This 53 year old had breast augmentation with 220cc silicone implants. These sub-glandular implants were broken and she desired revision. As she wanted to remain about the same size, 286 cc silicone implants were placed sub-pectorally.

This 22 year old desired a revision of her augmentation because she wanted to be smaller. She was 5'7", weighed 127 pounds, and had 304 cc silicone implants that she felt were too big. She underwent removal and replacement of her implants with low-profile, 180 cc silicone implants. She also had a reduction in the size of her areolae.

Five years after a breast augmentation with saline, this 49 year old had a sudden right side deflation. She was 5'5", 115 pounds, and underwent replacement with 339cc silicone implants in a sub muscular position.

This 40 year old desired a revision of her deflated saline implant. She had significant chest asymmetry and a sunken sternum (pectus excavatum.) She was 5'10", 140 pounds and wanted to be a full C cup. To achieve this, her saline implants were replaced with high-profile, round smooth silicone implants, 425cc on the left and 500cc on the right.
