Case 1 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This patient was a 28 year old female who was 5ʼ8” and weighed 124 pounds. She received 304cc
smooth silicone implants and a full mastopexy. Her bra size went from a B to a C cup.
Case 2 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This patient was a 26 year old female who was 5ʼ4” and weighed 153 pounds. She received 330cc
round smooth saline implants and a periareolar mastopexy. Her bra size went from a B to a C cup.
Case 3 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 42 year woman had had three children and felt her breasts were droopy and lacked shape. After undergoing an augmentation with a 300cc saline implant with a complete (anchor) breast lift, she feels she has regained the size and shape she had prior to having had children.
Case 4 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 29 year old mother felt like her breasts were too small and “droopy” following the birth of her children. She was 5’2” , weighed 107 pounds, and wore a 34B bra. She underwent a breast augmentation with 304cc silicone implants with a simultaneous mastopexy so as to improve her size and shape in one operation.
Case 5 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
As a mother of two, this 32 year old wanted better shape without a lot of scarring. She was 5’2”, 140 pounds and wore a 32C bra. She therefore had an augmentation with 286cc silicone implants and a simultaneous periareolar mastopexy.
Case 6 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 34 year old was 5’6″, weighed 138 pounds and no longer filled a C cup bra. She also had breast ptosis (droopy) and her left breast was slightly larger than her right. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with a 304cc silicone implant on the right and a 286cc implant on the left, resulting in a large C or small D bra size.
Case 7 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 42 year old was 5’2”, weighed 102 pounds and wore a 30E bra. She wanted to be smaller and less droopy. She underwent a mastopexy with reduction and is now a 30C.
Case 8 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 35 year old had breast hypoplasia and ptosis or droopiness and desired an augmentation and a lift. She was 5’10″ and weighed 145 pounds. She therefore underwent an augmentation lift with 304cc implants.
Case 9 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 37 year old mom was interested in improving her size and shape after having four children. She was 5’7″, weighed 155 pounds and wore a 34D. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with 265cc silicone implants.
Case 10 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 32 year old was 5’7″, weighed 130 pounds, but had previously weighed 170 pounds. Her breasts had become ptotic or “droopy” due to weight loss. She underwent an augmentation with a 304cc silicone on her larger right breast and a 339cc silicone on the smaller left breast. She underwent a full mastopexy at the same time.
Case 11 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 38 year old mother of two was 5’1″ and weighed 135 pounds. She was very disappointed by the shape of her breasts after pregnancy and wanted them to look “perky.” She underwent a breast lift and an augmentation at the same time. Her breasts were different sizes, so had a 213 cc silicone implant on the right and a 234 cc silicone implant on the left. She is now a full C cup.
