Case 1 - Breast Implant Revision
This 38 year old woman had an augmentation with 440 cc saline implants and was a D cup. Although she liked her shape, she felt she was much too big for her small frame. She had her implants replaced with 304 cc silcone gel implants and is now happier with her C cup breasts that were achieved without losing her shape.
Case 2 - Breast Implant Revision
This 52 year old woman had breast implants placed in the remote past. They had become extremely firm and uncomfortable and she desired revision. Her old implants were replaced with new silicone gel implants, and she is please with her improved shape and softness.
Case 3 - Breast Implant Revision
This 44 year old was 5’8” and weighed 135 pounds. She had had a previous sub-glandular breast augmentation 20 years ago with 210 cc silicone implants that were now ruptured. She desired to have a revision with slightly larger implants and therefore received 371 cc silicone implants in a sub-pectoral position.
Case 4 - Breast Implant Revision
This 53 year old had breast augmentation with 220cc silicone implants. These sub-glandular implants were broken and she desired revision. As she wanted to remain about the same size, 286 cc silicone implants were placed sub-pectorally.
Case 5 - Breast Implant Revision
Five years after a breast augmentation with saline, this 49 year old had a sudden right side deflation. She was 5’5”, 115 pounds and underwent replacement with 339cc silicone implants in a sub muscular position.
Case 6 - Breast Implant Revision
This 42 year old had deflated saline implants and was droopy. She therefore had a single stage augmentation mastopexy with 304cc silicone implants.
