Case 2 - Breast Augmentation
Patient is 5′5″ 120 pounds and an A cup prior to surgery. After augmentation with a 286 cc silicone implant, she wears a small C cup.

This 28 year old was 5’5”, weighed 110 pounds and wore an A cup prior to her surgery. Following placement of 286cc silicone implants sub pectorally, she is now a small C cup.
Breast Augmentation Results
The result of the breast augmentation procedure varies based on the patient’s body type, as well as the size and type of implant that is placed during surgery. Dr. Pin strives to produce the most natural looking outcomes for all of our patients. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Pin will evaluate your figure and aesthetic goals during your breast augmentation consultation, then recommend the incisional approach, implant filler type, implant size, and implant placement approach that will best suit you.
Women who undergo breast augmentation can choose among the following options:
- Saline or silicone implants: Silicone implants look and feel more natural, but saline implants require a smaller incision and leave a smaller scar
- Under- or over-the-muscle implant placement: Implants can be placed above or beneath the chest muscle. Generally, implants placed under the muscle look more natural, but implants placed over the muscle can produce more cleavage
- Size: Standard implants come in sizes ranging from about 100 cc to 800 cc
- Incisional approach: Implants can be placed through an incision created around the nipple, in the crease of the breast, the armpit, or the navel.
