Case 1 – Breast Augmentation
Patient is 5’8’’ 130 pounds augmented with 330 round saline implant. Small B cup preop and C post op.
Case 2 – Breast Augmentation
Patient is 5’5″ 120 pounds and an A cup prior to surgery. After augmentation with a 286cc silicone implant, she wears a small C cup.
Case 3 – Breast Augmentation
A 32 year old woman who was 5’4″ and weighed 120 pounds received a 270cc saline implant inflated to 300cc and her bra size went from an A cup to a large B cup.

This patient was 5’6″ and 125 pounds and wore an A cup. She went to a C cup after receiving a 339cc silicone implant.

Case 8 – Breast Augmentation
36-year-old woman. 5’6” and 115 pounds who wore a 34B preoperatively and is now a 34C after placement of 304cc silicone implants in a sub pectoral position.
Case 9 – Breast Augmentation
This patient was a 39-year-old woman who was 5’2”, 100 pounds and wore a 34A bra. Following placement of 304cc implants, she now wears a 34C bra.
Case 10 – Breast Augmentation
This 28 year old was 5’5”, weighed 110 pounds and wore an A cup prior to her surgery. Following placement of 286cc silicone implants sub pectorally, she is now a small C cup.
Case 11 – Breast Augmentation
This 27 year old woman was 5’8″, 160 pounds, wore a 36A bra and wanted to be a C cup. She underwent augmentation with 371cc silicone implants.
Case 12 – Breast Augmentation
This 27 year old was 5’3″ and 132 pounds. She was interested in increasing her bra size from a 34B to a 34D. She therefore underwent a breast augmentation with 339cc silicone implants.
Case 13 – Breast Augmentation
This 20 year old female was 5’5″, 135 pounds and wore a 34A bra. In order increase her size and treat her mild asymmetry, she underwent a breast augmentation with silicone implants, using a 339cc on her smaller right side and a 304cc implant on her larger left side.
Case 14 – Breast Augmentation
This 31 year old felt she had lost size and shape after the birth of her children. She was 5’6″, weighed 126 pounds and wore an A cup. She increased her bra to a 34 C after having an augmentation with 339 cc silicone implants.
Case 15 – Breast Augmentation
As a 48 year old mom, this patient wanted a very modest augmentation. Preoperatively, she was 5’5”, 105 pounds and wore a 32 A cup bra. After placement of 234 cc silicone implants, she is a 32 B cup.
Case 16 – Breast Augmentation
This 26 year old mother of two was trying to restore her breast volume after pregnancy. She was 5’8″, 127 pounds and wore a 32A bra. Following augmentation with 339 cc silicone implants, she is now a 34C.

This 31 year old was dissatisfied being a 32 A cup. She was 5’8″ and 140 pounds and underwent a breast augmentation with 371 cc implants and is now a 34C.
Case 18 – Breast Augmentation
This 23 year old wanted to improve her breast symmetry through an augmentation. She was 5’5″, 125 pounds, and had a right breast that was substantially smaller than the left. She underwent placement of silicone implants; the right was a moderate profile 304cc and the left was a low profile 150 cc implant.
Breast Augmentation Results
The result of the breast augmentation procedure varies based on the patient’s body type, as well as the size and type of implant that is placed during surgery. Dr. Pin strives to produce the most natural looking outcomes for all of our patients. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Pin will evaluate your figure and aesthetic goals during your breast augmentation consultation, then recommend the incisional approach, implant filler type, implant size, and implant placement approach that will best suit you.
Women who undergo breast augmentation can choose among the following options:
- Saline or silicone implants: Silicone implants look and feel more natural, but saline implants require a smaller incision and leave a smaller scar
- Under- or over-the-muscle implant placement: Implants can be placed above or beneath the chest muscle. Generally, implants placed under the muscle look more natural, but implants placed over the muscle can produce more cleavage
- Size: Standard implants come in sizes ranging from about 100 cc to 800 cc
- Incisional approach: Implants can be placed through an incision created around the nipple, in the crease of the breast, the armpit, or the navel.
